UST GAMA app for iPhone and iPad

UST GAMA is a sophisticated learning app for UST associates consisting of a host of rich features to enable our associates to take charge of their learning. The platform hosts a gamut of learning interventions complete with learning paths, latest content, engaging assessments, insightful learning reports and certificates amongst other features. Take courses and assessments, attend virtual trainings, and communicate with course instructors — all on a single app.

Some of the exciting features are:

*Access to all learning content:* The app is integrated with the apps of our 3rd party external learning partners to give our associates a seamless learning experience and enable them to have access to all learning content from a single app.

*Access to learning dossier:* This app has a repository of all trainings completed by associates and creates a complete learning dossier for each employee.

*Learn from any device:* Courses, quizzes, simulations, and other learning materials automatically adapt to any screen size and orientation, and look great on all desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

*Recommended learning:* The application recommends learning to the associate based on the skills needed for their role, the content being consumed by them, their interests, etc.

*Schedule training:* All training activities, including online sessions and webinars, are scheduled in an associate’s calendar as soon as they enroll for the same. This helps them manage their time and avoid missing any events.

*Offline learning:* Take courses offline. Associates can save content to their mobile device to view it, even if they have no internet connection - such as when they’re travelling or are in an area where there’s bad reception.

*Interact with the instructor:* Associates can ask their instructor questions, submit their assignments for review, exchange links with colleagues, or discuss recent training sessions.

*Get reminded of important events:* Associates receive notifications and reminders for new enrolments, course completion, a new course assignment, schedule changes etc. with a push notification on the app.
